The graduate of the main qualification educational program should:

Have theoretical and practical knowledge required to form the abilities necessary for their professional role in the specific field of activity.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisors, present and clarify professional and general issues while performing work and professional duties.

Have the ability to propose professional and alternative solutions to problems arising in changing situations.

Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and consider necessary facts and information for solving professional problems, as well as show civic awareness.

Have the skills to perform professional activities in accordance with the norms established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Show the ability to assess the professional needs of oneself and employees (if applicable) and propose recommendations for addressing them.

Strive for continuous improvement of professional skills and demonstrate the ability for self-learning.

Show the ability to search for, use, and apply professional and general information, as well as transfer them to others when necessary.

The graduate of the qualification's main educational program must have the following knowledge in the fields of general humanitarian, socio-economic, and natural sciences:

Knowledge of the main provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, normative acts regulating employment in the respective field, and laws and normative documents regulating the relations between individuals and society, as well as between citizens.

Proficiency in the Armenian language.

Ability to communicate in at least two foreign languages.

Knowledge of the principles of a healthy lifestyle, hygiene, and physical culture rules.

Knowledge of national and world history and culture.

General knowledge of the patterns of individual and societal development, the social structure of society, social movements, political subjects, political relations, and processes.

Knowledge of the principles of applied economics, the peculiarities of economic phenomena and relations in the professional field, the laws of macroeconomics and microeconomics, and the characteristics of the economy during transitional periods.

Knowledge of the content of basic ecological concepts, the principles of global and regional environmental issues.

Understanding of emergency situations, knowledge of the main principles and approaches for action in emergencies, awareness of the structure and forms of organizing rescue operations, and the ability to use personal protective equipment.
