The study is conducted in the Armenian language, in compliance with state educational standards, in appropriate classrooms and laboratories, under the guidance of highly qualified lecturers, with excellent technical resources.
Practical sessions take place in the relevant professional cabinets and departments of the "Saint Gregory the Illuminator" Medical Center LLC and its partner organizations.
The qualification is awarded in accordance with the procedure approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia on May 18, 2020, Order No. N08-N.
Graduates are awarded a state-standard graduation certificate, along with a diploma supplement, which is also recognized in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Organizational and Managerial Duties:
- Ensuring the management of middle and junior medical staff in health institutions, including central, local, and departmental bodies
- Playing a key role in planning, organizing, motivation, movement, control, and coordination in administrative tasks
- Mastery of management methods and rational use of medical institution capacities
- Effective communication and interaction with medical teams
- Evaluation of management effectiveness, nursing care quality, and organizational efficiency
- Coordinating staff placement, training, and qualification evaluations in health institutions
- Improvement of nursing services to match socio-economic development needs
- Scientific and administrative approaches to improve nursing care quality
- Ensuring training and retraining of nursing staff, including certification and accreditation work
Information and Analytical Activity:
- Performing independent analysis in educational, normative, and scientific information
- Evaluating public health indicators and statistical data in healthcare
- Analyzing the effectiveness of healthcare institutions' social, medical, and economic indicators
- Monitoring the quality of nursing interventions and effectiveness
- Managing medical documents and ensuring correct documentation in healthcare facilities
Marketing Activities:
- Organizing medical insurance operations
- Managing the procurement, use, distribution, and monitoring of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
- Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical and medical equipment protocols
- Organizing inventory and maintaining records for medications, medical instruments, and supplies
Innovative Activities:
- Facilitating cooperation between nursing associations, medical institutions, and non-governmental organizations
- Promoting best practices in nursing from both local and international contexts
- Participating in the development of clinical standards and improving nursing quality
Clinical Activities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care at the individual, family, and community levels
