• Counseling and testing for HIV infection to all patients with sexually transmitted diseases including seborrheic dermatitis and exanthema, multiple condylomata, Kaposi's sarcoma, severe psoriasis, herpes zoster, ulcer(s) lasting more than 1 month, atypical disseminated leishmaniasis organizing
• Other: organization of additional narrow professional consultation
• Organization of necessary laboratory-instrumental diagnostic studies
• Provision of medicines to children who have the right to receive medicines for free and on preferential terms (electronic prescription)
• Organization of special and hard-to-reach diagnostic examinations and narrow professional consultations in out-of-hospital conditions (electronic referral)
• Organization of hospitalization of patients according to medical instructions (electronic referral)
• Provision of a referral (electronic referral) in case of need for functional assessment
• Dispensary continuous monitoring of patients with chronic diseases
• Organization of rehabilitation treatment
